Lyrette

  • The Lyrette is a syllabic invented verse form created by Dr. Israel Newman.The Lyrette is:
    • a heptastich, a poem in 7 lines.
    • syllabic, 2/3/4/5/4/3/2 syllables per line.
    • unrhymed.
    • each line should end with strong word.
